Privacy Policy
Find Your AI is a small mobile app that doesn't want - or need - most of your data. This policy explains exactly what we do, and (more importantly) what we don't.
1. Introduction
Effective date: 19 May 2026.
This Privacy Policy explains how Hello Cornwall Ltd ("we", "us", "our") processes personal data in connection with the Find Your AI mobile application ("the app") and the website at findyourai.store ("the site"). It applies to users in the United Kingdom and worldwide.
Data controller: Hello Cornwall Ltd.
Registered address: St Denys House, East Hill, St Austell, England, PL25 4TR.
Company number: 12587777 (registered in England and Wales).
Contact: support@findyourai.store.
2. What data we collect
Find Your AI is designed to operate with the minimum possible data. In practice that means:
- Purchase and subscription data (Google Play / Apple). If you start a free trial or subscribe to Find Your AI Yearly, the transaction and recurring billing are handled entirely by Google Play (or Apple's App Store on iOS). We receive a receipt confirming your subscription status - we never see your card details, billing address, or full Google/Apple account information. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your Google Play or Apple account.
- Crash reports (opt-in only). If you have enabled crash reporting at the operating-system level (iOS "Share Analytics" or Android "Send usage and diagnostics data"), Apple or Google may forward anonymised crash logs to us via their developer consoles. You can disable this at any time in your device settings.
- Saved tools. Any tools you save, bookmark, or shortlist are stored locally on your device using the operating system's storage. This data never leaves your phone.
3. What we don't collect
To be unambiguous, we do not collect or process:
- Accounts, usernames, or passwords - Find Your AI has no sign-up flow.
- Email addresses - unless you choose to email us directly.
- Analytics or product telemetry - no Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA, Firebase Analytics, or comparable SDKs.
- Advertising identifiers (IDFA, GAID) - we don't run ads.
- Location data - coarse or precise.
- Contacts, photos, microphone, or camera data.
- Cross-app or cross-site tracking of any kind.
4. How we use data
We use the small amount of data we do receive only to:
- Confirm your subscription status so the app can unlock and restore access.
- Investigate and fix crashes when you have opted-in to share diagnostics via your OS.
- Respond to support emails you send us.
We do not use your data for profiling, advertising, marketing, or automated decision-making.
5. Legal basis under UK GDPR
We rely on the following lawful bases under the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018:
- Performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b)) - to process your purchase and deliver the app's functionality.
- Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)) - to receive opt-in crash diagnostics so we can keep the app stable. We have assessed this interest against your rights and considered it minimal because the data is anonymised by Apple/Google before reaching us.
6. Third parties
The only third parties involved in the operation of Find Your AI are:
- Apple App Store - processes purchases on iOS / iPadOS.
- Google Play - processes purchases on Android.
- Apple Crash Reports (App Store Connect) - opt-in diagnostics only.
- Google Play Console - opt-in diagnostics only.
Each of these parties processes your data under their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review. We do not share data with any other processors, advertisers, analytics vendors, or data brokers.
7. Data retention
Saved tools and other on-device data persist on your phone until you uninstall the app or clear its storage - at which point the data is permanently deleted. We do not hold a copy.
Purchase records are retained by Apple and Google in line with their own retention policies and applicable tax legislation. We retain anonymised receipt confirmations only as needed to honour restore-purchase requests and meet UK record-keeping obligations.
8. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Request erasure ("right to be forgotten") where applicable.
- Restrict or object to certain processing activities.
- Request data portability where applicable.
- Withdraw consent at any time, where consent is the legal basis.
To exercise any of these rights, email support@findyourai.store. Because we hold so little data, most requests can be resolved within a few working days.
9. International transfers
We do not directly transfer personal data outside the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area. Apple and Google operate globally and may process purchase and crash data on infrastructure outside the UK; both implement standard contractual clauses and adequacy frameworks for such transfers under their own policies.
10. Children
Find Your AI is rated 4+ on the App Store and equivalent on Google Play, but the app is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has shared personal information with us, please contact support@findyourai.store and we will promptly delete it.
11. Cookies
The mobile app uses no cookies of any kind. The findyourai.store website uses no analytics or tracking cookies - only the strictly necessary technical files required to serve pages. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
12. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in law, our practices, or the app itself. The "Effective date" at the top will always show the latest revision. This page was last updated 19 May 2026.
